Main Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and support of CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
- Conduct discovery workshops and gather business and security requirements
- Deploy and configure CyberArk components including Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, and PTA
- Integrate CyberArk with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications
- Onboard privileged accounts, service accounts, and critical infrastructure systems into CyberArk
- Develop PAM governance standards, operational procedures, and best practices
- Perform upgrades, migrations, health checks, and platform optimization activities
- Troubleshoot CyberArk-related issues and provide ongoing support to customers
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Prepare technical documentation, implementation guides, and knowledge transfer sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on CyberArk implementation and administration experience
- Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts and cybersecurity principles
- Experience deploying and managing CyberArk Core PAS solutions
- Experience integrating CyberArk with Windows, Linux, databases, network devices, and cloud platforms
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing consulting experience
- CyberArk certification(s) preferred
