Main responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to provide technical solutions to problems or issues

- Work with team members to guide solutions towards business and technology goals
- Drive the continuous improvement of processes and ways of work to improve team capacity and capability
- Assist the team in a hands-on capacity as required, running agile ceremonies, helping people with self-organising skills, facilitating workshops
- Work with your peers to improve the platform organisation and generate value to the rest of the company.
- Work closely with account and technical teams of our core vendors like AWS, Datadog, etc
About you and your experience:
- 5+ years of engineering management experience building highly performing, self-managing autonomous teams

Main responsibilities:
- Developing content for a complex and growing ArcSight infrastructure. This includes use cases for Dashboards, Active Channels, Reports, Rules, Filters, Trends, and Active Lists
- Provide optimization of data flow using aggregation, filters, etc. Develop custom Flex Connector as required to meet use case objectives.
- Participate in the operation of ArcSight Security Information and Event Management systems to include ArcSight ESM, Oracle, Connector appliances/SmartConnectors, Logger appliances, Windows and Linux servers, network devices and backups
- Life-cycle management of the ArcSight platforms to including coordination and planning of upgrades, new deployments, and maintaining current operational data flows
- Apply Configuration Management disciplines to maintain hardware/software revisions, ArcSight content, security patches, hardening, and documentation
- Provide guidance to security analyst and network engineering staff
- Supporting the establishment, enhancement, and continual improvement of an integrated set of correlation rules, alerts, searches, reports, and responses.
- Coordinating and conducting event collection, log management, event management, compliance automation, and identity monitoring activities
- Responding to day-to-day security requests relating to ArcSight operations.
- Tunes ArcSight performance and event data quality to maximized ArcSight system efficiency.
- Assists with analyst using ArcSight and other tools to detect and respond to IT security incidents.
- Perform routine equipment checks and preventative maintenance
- Performing systems hardening to DoD Standards
- Maintaining up to date documentation of designs/configurations
- Create shell and perl scripts to facilitate automated tasks
- Work with other Service Providers to support areas of common interest
- Working with software and hardware vendors
About you and your experience:
- A completed bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science or information security fields.
- 5-10 years of overall ArcSight experience
- Strong Unix/Linux skills (CLI and package management)
- Good communication skills

- Implement solutions for enterprise customers based on the ServiceNow platform covering the following IT and business domains: ITSM, ITOM (Event management, Discovery, Cloud management), HR service delivery, Project management incl. - Deliver end to end automated solutions which include technical implementation of ServiceNow Platform, Core System and Applications
- Ability to architect, develop and convert customers legacy solutions into ServiceNow
- Organise and prioritise development effort, interfacing with vendors and management and coordinate with additional administrators
- Create and implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, data imports and exports
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements for defined user stories.
- Provide project team with ServiceNow configuration and customization expertise for defined features, including industry and ServiceNow best practices

About you and your experience:
- A completed bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science or information security fields.
- Proven practical experience with object-oriented programming.
- Knowledge of Web technologies and tools.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management and ITIL.
- Understanding and knowledge of ITIL/ITSM best practices or business process analysis and design;
- Understanding of relational data and implementing business logic on application/platform levels;
- Basic JavaScript or other scripting language knowledge;
