The addendum to this privacy policy applies to all personal data that ATNIS and its subsidiaries across Australia, Singapore, India, UK and UAE by our representatives and other service providers. We are subject to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act) in Australia, Personal Data Protection Act 2012 in Singapore, Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDPA) in India and General Data Protection Regulation(GDPR 2018) in UK . For example, under the Privacy Act, we may rely on certain exemptions including in relation to employee records.
