Rahul Upadhye

Mr. Rahul Upadhye is the Business Unit Head – APAC Region, responsible for driving sales growth and delivering innovative platform solutions across key industries, with a strong focus on BFSI and telecom. His expertise spans cloud and hybrid infrastructure, AI platforms, automation, cybersecurity, digital workplace, and enterprise applications. He also leads strategic alliances and joint go-to-market initiatives while building high-performing teams across the region.

With over 25 years of experience, Rahul has led large-scale transformation programs, managed services engagements, and architecture teams delivering next-generation solutions globally. He has a strong track record in designing and implementing enterprise platforms and driving digital transformation for global customers.

Prior to this role, he spent over 20 years at Tech Mahindra in senior leadership positions, including Regional Delivery Head – ANZ, Solutioning Lead – MEA & APAC, and Enterprise Architect across multiple industry verticals. He holds certifications in TOGAF, TM Forum, and Azure, and is based in Sydney.
