Ambreen Dhar

Ambreen Dhar brings over 20 years of experience in leading finance functions, driving commercial strategy, managing risk, advancing sustainability initiatives, and improving organisational performance. She joined ATNIS in March 2017 and is a member of the Executive Council. In her current role, she oversees the full finance portfolio, including Corporate Finance, Business Finance, Planning, Treasury, Taxation, and Investor Relations.

She has extensive cross-functional experience spanning Finance, Legal, and Internal Information functions within the IT and financial services sectors, with a strong track record of building high-performing teams and supporting business growth and transformation.

Ambreen is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost & Works Accountant (CWA), and Company Secretary (CS) in India, and holds a Diploma in Business Finance from ICFAI.
